The following yard waste & refuse ordinance applies:

Only residents of the Village of Tremont are allowed to deposit yard waste/refuse

It is a violation...
  - To dump at any other site other than the W. Franklin St. location
  - To dump anything obtained outside Tremont village limits
  - For a non-resident to dump anything at the refuse site
